Elice, Inc. (CEO Kim Jae-won), an educational practice platform company, was selected as the ‘Digital Talent Leaders Club (hereinafter referred to as Leaders Club)’ on September 18.
The Leaders Club, promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation (IITP), encourages companies that play a leading role in nurturing digital talent by operating their own digital curriculum and spreads a culture of digital innovation throughout society. It is a certification process designed to enable this. The selection is made by evaluating the quality of the curriculum, investment plan for talent development, talent utilization plan, and ripple effect for spreading the digital innovation culture.
Three companies, including Elice,Inc., KT Co., Ltd., and Krafton Co., Ltd., were finally selected for the 2023 Leaders Club. Elice,Inc. proved its competitiveness by being the only startup among the selected companies.
Elice,Inc. is nurturing approximately 4,300 future talents through the operation of Digital Sprout Camp, a digital education program for elementary, middle and high schools, from the first half of this year to February 2024, and has fostered approximately 1,300 young digital talents through the K-Digital Training Program. . To date, we have been planning and operating digital transformation (DX) training for government ministries, companies, and institutions, with more than 400,000 participants, and are leading the nurturing of digital talent across the country.
We will continue to intensively operate DX training for each domestic institution and company and advance the training platform ‘Elice LXP’. In addition, we plan to take the lead in the digital transformation of school education by participating in the research and development of AI digital textbook prototypes for middle school English and information subjects by December.
