Elice Inc. Builds Korea's First Warm-Water Cooled, Eco-Friendly B300 AI Data Center

Full-scale deployment of modular AI data centers optimized for next-generation B300 GPUsAI full-stack company Elice Inc. (CEO Jae Won Kim), providing AI infrastructure, cloud, and industry-specific solutions, has been selected as a participating company in the “AI Computing Resource Utilization Reinforcement (GPU Server Expansion & Integrated GPU Operation Environment Establishment)” project led by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Elice Inc. will build and operate modular AI data centers optimized for the B300 GPU. This project aims to expand national AI computing infrastructure and support AI R&D for domestic companies and research institutes. Elice Inc. will deploy a total of 2,560 B300 GPUs across four modular AI data center buildings, 640 GPUs each. The company has completed data center designs optimized for ultra-high-power, high-density environments, fine-tuning everything from cluster architecture and cooling to networking and power efficiency for the latest B300 GPUs. The goal is to maintain a Data Center Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.1. Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and an ultra-high-speed network architecture optimized for large-scale GPU clusters will also be applied. High-efficiency operation via warm-water and free-air cooling… Leak-risk mitigation through patented separate-piping designThe cooling system adopts Warm Water Cooling (utilizing coolant at 40°C or higher) and free-air cooling. This reduces cooling-related power consumption, improves operational efficiency, and enables eco-friendly data center operations. Additionally, leveraging its patented technology, Elice Inc. designed a separate piping structure to address leak risks inherent in liquid-cooled data centers. High-load, high-insulation modular containers applied… Targeting PUE 1.1-level efficiencyStructural load challenges from liquid cooling in next-generation AI semiconductor environments are resolved through modular containers with high-load-bearing and high-insulation performance. While conventional data centers require massive structural reinforcement for high-density liquid-cooling infrastructure, Elice Inc.’s proprietary high-load modular structure enables rapid, flexible deployment of large-scale GPU infrastructure. Through this project, Elice Inc. will contribute to expanding national AI computing infrastructure while strengthening high-efficiency cooling technology and PMDC design/construction capabilities ready for next-generation, high-power, high-density GPUs—including the B300 and future architectures such as NVIDIA Vera Rubin. Building on this, the company plans to advance its end-to-end AI infrastructure capabilities spanning large-scale clustering, cooling and power optimization, and AI cloud service operations. Elice Inc. Elice Inc. Joins Korea's First Industrial-Complex Edge AI Data Center Powered by GPU & NPU

Supplies modular AI data center (AI PMDC) and AI infrastructure virtualization solution (ECI) as a package to Busan Shipbuilding & Marine Industrial ComplexAI full-stack company Elice Inc. (CEO Jae Won Kim), providing AI infrastructure, cloud, and industry-specific solutions, has been selected to participate in the “Busan Shipbuilding & Marine Edge AI Data Center Establishment Project” led by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation (KICOX) Busan Branch. This project was chosen for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s “2026 Industrial Complex Edge AIDC Demonstration Pilot Project.” It marks the nation’s first industrial-complex edge AI data center built on GPU and domestic NPU, aimed at accelerating AI transformation (AX) for manufacturers. Through this project, Elice Inc. secures its first commercial reference supplying the modular AI data center “Elice AI PMDC” and the AI cloud infrastructure virtualization solution “ECI” as an integrated package to an external customer—both validated on its own Elice Cloud. This demonstrates Elice Inc.’s technical capability as an AI infrastructure company spanning both hardware and software. Elice Inc. will deploy two units of AI PMDC, which embody high-density power design technology, and provide the ECI integrated operation platform for efficient control. ECI’s technology for allocating and operating heterogeneous AI accelerators—GPUs and domestic NPUs—together will maximize compute utilization and deliver a low-latency, high-efficiency AI environment optimized for manufacturing sites. Accelerates manufacturing AX through integrated operation of domestic NPU/GPU and DR-linked architectureThe center will operate as Korea’s first industrial-complex edge AI data center model combining GPU and domestic NPU: GPUs handle training, validation, and high-performance computing for manufacturing AI models, while domestic NPUs manage inference and SaaS services. By leading the establishment and operation of NPU-based AI infrastructure, Elice Inc. aims to support on-site deployment of manufacturing AI services and contribute to expanding the domestic AI semiconductor ecosystem. For resilience, Elice Inc. will link the edge AI data center with Elice Cloud in a disaster recovery (DR) architecture. A redundant, uninterruptible power supply and dual-layer security system will ensure continuous AI service availability even during failures. Elice Inc. CEO Jae Won Kim emphasized“The key lies in the organic combination of custom data center technology that accommodates high-performance AI infrastructure hardware and the operating software that controls it efficiently. Elice Inc. Expands Engagement with Global AI Research & Education Community Amid ICML 2026 in Korea

Elice Inc. Selected as GPU Cloud Provider for AICA’s “2026 National AI Data Center Advancement Project”

The project, led by AICA, aims to enhance Korea’s AI industry competitiveness by providing domestic companies, public institutions, and universities with high‑performance AI computing resources and services specialized for research, development, and service deployment. As one of the multiple selected suppliers for this project, Elice Inc. will provide high‑performance GPU cloud infrastructure through Elice Cloud. The agreement period runs for approximately seven months, from May 2026 to the end of December 2026. Delivering a stable research environment through the modular AI data center “Elice AI PMDC” and CSAP‑certified zonesElice Inc. will supply high‑performance GPU cloud infrastructure powered by NVIDIA H100 and the latest B200 GPUs. The offering includes both InfiniBand‑based high‑performance computing (HPC) multi‑node and single‑node environments required for large‑scale computation, as well as CSAP‑certified cloud security zones to support public‑sector workloads. In particular, the project will leverage the optimization technologies of Elice Inc.’s in‑house developed modular AI data center, “Elice AI PMDC.” Elice AI PMDC is designed to stably operate high‑performance GPU accelerators through high‑density power infrastructure and highly efficient cooling systems. Building on this infrastructure expertise, Elice Inc. plans to provide integrated support for end‑to‑end AI cloud infrastructure operations, including SLA‑based incident response and security monitoring. “AICA’s national AI data center serves as shared infrastructure for Korea’s AI ecosystem, making it essential to secure a reliable GPU cloud foundation,” said Jae Won Kim, CEO of Elice Inc. “Through this project, Elice Inc. will provide proven GPU cloud infrastructure to ease constraints in R&D environments and, leveraging our large‑scale infrastructure operation experience, contribute to advancing Korea’s AI infrastructure and strengthening national AI competitiveness.”
