Elice, Inc. Targets Japanese B2B Cloud Solution Market


AI education solution company Elice, Inc. (CEO Jae Won Kim) has signed a business partnership agreement with Japanese engineer recruitment platform company Findy (Findy Inc., CEO Yuichiro Yamada, hereafter referred to as Findy) to strengthen mutual cooperation. The two companies plan to pursue extensive cooperation ranging from expanding the AI platform global market to service development.


The signing ceremony was held at Elice, Inc.’s headquarters, attended by Elice, Inc. CEO Jae Won Kim, Findy CEO Yuichiro Yamada, and other executives and employees from both companies.

Expanding B2B business to both Korea and Japan through collaboration


Findy, a Japanese startup founded in 2016, provides a recruitment platform for IT developers and a productivity measurement service for engineering teams called ‘Findy Team+.’ Findy Team+ has secured 200,000 registered service users and 3,000 registered companies and also offers services in Korea. It is highly trusted in Japan’s IT industry and is used by over 800 companies, including major Japanese tech firms.

Maximizing synergy by linking AI education and recruitment platforms for AI developers


Through this agreement, both companies will cooperate to expand business opportunities for their platforms and services into the Korean and Japanese markets. AI education is seen as the most effective way to enhance competitiveness in the recruitment market, and this collaboration is expected to maximize synergy.

Elice, Inc. plans to promote its AI-specialized cloud, ‘Elice Cloud,’ using Findy’s Japanese developer community and expand its reach with Japanese AI companies and developers. Additionally, they will explore AI education collaboration methods to further strengthen engineering capabilities.

Jae Won Kim, CEO of Elice, Inc., stated, “I believe the essential elements of AI transformation are cloud and AI education. As an AI education solution company providing both, I expect our collaboration with Findy will accelerate AI transformation in both Korea and Japan. Starting from this MOU, we aim to establish ourselves as an essential company for AI adoption in the Japanese B2B market.”
