Multi-agent collaboration automatically produces expert-level long-form reports
AI Helpy Chat is a generative AI solution tailored for enterprises, public institutions, and schools. It can be customized to the specific environment of each organization and incorporate domain knowledge for different industries. This latest update strengthens the role of multiple AI agents that can autonomously understand and execute complex workflows, significantly enhancing usability in real work settings.
The new “Deep Research” feature enables multiple AI agents to collaborate organically to generate expert-level reports. Depending on their roles, the agents sequentially perform the stages of planning, in-depth research, report drafting, and chart generation, and improve the final output through mutual verification.
Deep Research is particularly optimized for Korean-language search, delivering outstanding performance in Korean market research and data analysis. By reducing the time previously required for preliminary research and initial drafting—from several days to around 5–10 minutes—the feature allows professionals to focus more on deriving final insights and developing strategies.
Elice Inc. also built a quantitative evaluation framework called “Deep Research Bench” tailored to the Korean service environment. In internal tests using this benchmark, AI Helpy Chat achieved the highest RACE score of 50.82 in the Korean report category*, outperforming global big tech and leading domestic services at a similar cost level and demonstrating its technological competitiveness in Korean-language research.
RACE (Reference-based Adaptive Criteria-driven Evaluation) : An evaluation metric that measures the qualitative completeness of generated reports by comparing them with reference reports. It shows a high correlation with human evaluation results; a score of 45–50 out of 100 corresponds to expert-level reports that would typically receive a score of 90–100 in human evaluations.
Optimization with existing internal templates helps maintain brand identity
The newly updated “PPT Generation” feature automates the entire process from research and structuring to design and editing. It can generate a slide deck of around 12 pages in 2–3 minutes, offering more than twice the speed of many paid solutions on the market.
In addition to conversational editing of detailed content, AI Helpy Chat supports various document formats such as Word, HWP, and PDF to maximize compatibility with existing workflows. It supports charts, tables, and more than 100 types of shapes in PowerPoint, all of which can be edited individually. In particular, by uploading existing PPT files, users can leverage a template optimization feature, where the AI learns the organization’s style and reconstructs it as a customized template—enabling document generation that consistently maintains each organization’s brand identity.
