It also offers an isolated private cloud environment optimized to meet the strict security requirements of public institutions and enterprises handling sensitive data, effectively preventing external data exposure.

Latest generative AI models and tools available on a single platform to enhance work efficiency

AI Helpy Chat integrates essential AI functionalities into one platform, streamlining the work environment. Users can perform chatbot interactions, image and document-based Q&A, PPT creation, web searches, image generation, and data visualization—all seamlessly connected within the platform. It also supports HWP files, widely used by public institutions and government agencies in Korea.

To optimize AX, AI Helpy Chat includes tools that support everything from running programming code to planning and prototyping AX projects. Employees trained in AI can execute real-world AX projects, gaining hands-on experience with AI-driven work transformations.

Through the Elice Cloud ML API, the solution offers tailored access to the latest AI models and specialized generative AI tools. Customers do not need to individually integrate each tool’s API, eliminating the hassle of separate security contracts and payment processes for each AI tool adoption.
