At its exhibition booth, Elice Group showcased a scale model (1:35) of its Portable Modular Data Center (Elice AI PMDC) for the first time. Designed to house servers, power systems, cooling, and networking within a containerized structure, the model offered visitors a clear visual understanding of the infrastructure and attracted considerable attention.

Elice AI PMDC is a portable modular data center that can be built and deployed within 3 months. It supports configurations with high-performance GPUs and domestic AI semiconductor NPUs according to customer requirements. Elice also announced plans to launch Asia’s first B200-based direct liquid cooling modular data center cluster by the end of this year.

VM-based AI-specialized IaaS ‘ECI’ unveiled for the first time

Elice also unveiled its AI-specialized IaaS platform, ECI (Elice Cloud Infrastructure). ECI is a VM-based platform that enables users to manage and utilize high-performance servers with ease and efficiency. Featuring GPU clustering—including B200s—for flexible use, ECI is cost-optimized with per-minute billing. It offers complete control and has obtained CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program) certification, making it fully compliant for use by public institutions, ensuring a secure and reliable cloud environment.

CEO Jae Won Kim and CTO Jungkook Park speak at keynote and technical sessions

During the forum, CEO Jae Won Kim delivered a keynote titled “Everything of AI: Building a Complete AI Ecosystem,” outlining Elice’s integrated approach to AI transformation—from infrastructure to AI education solutions. Later in the afternoon, CTO Jungkook Park presented on the Elice’s end-to-end capabilities, covering design, deployment, operations, and service delivery of AI infrastructure to meet the rapidly growing demand for AI adoption.

Earlier this year, in June 2024, Elice signed an MOU with Dell Technologies to collaborate on building AI data centers. Since then, the company has been actively engaged in joint development of modular AI data centers and expanding global AI technology sharing.

CEO Jae Won Kim stated:
“Elice is uniquely positioned to deliver rapid and cost-efficient AI solutions—including modular data centers, GPUaaS, and IaaS platforms—across the entire cloud adoption lifecycle. Starting with our presence at DTF 2025, we will actively promote Elice AI PMDC and ECI as optimized solutions for public institutions and enterprises handling sensitive data to securely leverage AI cloud environments.”
